Technical services

Though in ancient settings, we are by no means lagging behind regarding our technical standards. You will find all modern facilities required for a successful meeting or teaching session.

• The Hvidøre Room is equipped with whiteboards, visualiser, flip-over boards as well as a laptop connected to the Novo Nordisk network and to a projector making it possible to display PC screen pictures on a wide screen.
• The Alexandra Room is equipped with whiteboard, visualiser, flip-over boards and possibility of connecting a laptop to the Novo Nordisk network and to a projector making it possible to display PC screen pictures on a wide screen.
• The four additional meeting rooms, Dagmar, Tihon, Olga and Guri, are equipped with a PC with MS Office installed as well as connection to the Novo Nordisk network and a printer. In addition, PC projector, overhead projector, whiteboard and flip-over boards are at your disposal in the meeting rooms.
• We have a guest secretariat with PCs, printer, photocopier and shredder.
• Wireless networking services for your laptop is available almost all over the Hvidøre site.
• Web conferences can be set up by NNIT.
• Recording of a meeting can be performed by NNIT FilmSolutions
• All our technical devices are at your disposal at any time, we are happy to provide you with office utensils. Please contact the secretariat in case you need to use a fax, a portable projector or a conference phone or if you have further questions.
