Practical information

Hvidøre is located approximately 30 km from Copenhagen Airport, 15 km north of the centre of Copenhagen and 1 km from Klampenborg railway station. There is a direct line from the airport to Klampenborg Station (terminus).

If you arrive by taxi, we advise you to show our address to the driver in case you are not a native Danish speaker. Otherwise it may result in confusions, since the name 'Hvidøre' [Withore] is hard to pronounce correctly.

Arrival

Please keep the secretariat at Hvidøre informed of your expected arrival time.
Check-in is possible from 8 am.
Danish Novo Nordisk employees are kindly asked to bring their Novo Nordisk ID cards for the entrance control at Hvidøre. We will provide guests not in possession of a Novo Nordisk ID card with a key card.
Info brochures with detailed practical information about Hvidøre are left in each room.
Arrangements can be made for a staff member to take you on a guided tour round the house, briefing you on practical matters, the history of Hvidøre etc.

Departure

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room and return the key no later than 9 am. Two cloakrooms are available for storing your luggage.
