The cookbook
Since the food at Hvidøre is cooked for guests of the Novo Group exclusively, the privilege of enjoying it is not accessible to the public. However, the four cooks of Hvidøre, Klaus Nørgaard Andersen, Tim Albertin Rosenvinge, Nicolai Wilkig and Kristian Brandt, have produced The Kitchen at Hvidøre in order to present their ideas of innovative cooking and quality to others, too.
The cookbook takes you on a culinary journey through the meals of the day, spiced with tastes and ingredients from various parts of the world – including the traditional Danish kitchen.
The recipes are easy to follow – the photos are mouth-watering!
